Major update to person and organization pages with integrated fact-checker data from Snopes and PolitiFact. Enhanced claim cards show context about where claims were made, and server-side search makes finding specific claims fast and accurate.

External Fact-Checks

  • Integrated Snopes and PolitiFact fact-checks on person pages
  • New "External Fact-Checks" tab shows claims verified by professional fact-checkers
  • Normalized verdicts (TRUE/FALSE/MIXED) with original ratings shown in parentheses
  • Article titles displayed as findings: "CLAIM: [what they said]" → "[what fact-checkers found]"

Enhanced Claim Cards

  • Video thumbnails with timestamp overlays showing exact moment claims were made
  • Verification summaries displayed below claim text
  • Content source icons (YouTube, article, tweet, TikTok) with titles
  • Claims sorted by most recent first

Server-Side Search

  • Search claims and fact-checks with Enter key submission
  • ILIKE text search on claim content and article titles
  • Tab counts update to reflect search results
  • Filter out pending and unverifiable (0% confidence) claims from display

Person Page Improvements

  • Expanded social links: Truth Social, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and more
  • Admin metadata editing for position, party, and state fields
  • Fixed card links to navigate to entity pages instead of broken search URLs
  • Added "VERIFYING" status badge for claims still being processed
